H. Frank Carey  Varsity Cheerleaders

The  Cheerleading Squad of Carey High School promotes school spirit while they lead the fans in cheers and chants during football and basketball games.

Who Can Join the  Cheerleading Squad? The  Cheerleading Squad generally consists of all of those who are interested. Students interested in joining the squad must tryout during the spring tryout sessions. When tryout sessions are approaching, signs are posted throughout the building and announcements are made each morning during Alert. TO TOP Varsity Cheerleading Practices Throughout the school year, Cheerleaders practice 3 times a week and sometimes more when football and basketball is in session. Practices are held  on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays before games. During the summer months, there are occasional practices. TO TOP   H.
