The Public Address Club is responsible for setting up the lighting, sound system and anything else needed for any and all of the school assemblies.
How can someone join the Public Address Club?
If a student wants to join the Public Address Club they should attend a meeting or ask Ms. Priester or Mr. Vitale. Ms. Priester's office is in the school library, Mr. Vitale can be in the math office.
What is discussed at the meetings?
The club discusses when they would be having an event to set up the lights, sound, and stage
How often do the members of the Public Address Club meet? The members of the Public Address Club have meetings whenever necessary.
Does it involve the community? If so, how?
When there is a school activity involving the auditorium the members go ahead of time to prepare the lighting, sound and stage. Not only is it during school hours but also after school hours and weekends, whenever needed.
