The Pirette kickline and dance team is a squad of 28. The Pirettes perform in half time shows at football games with the Marching Band and basketball games. They perform at school events such as the Pep Rally and Homecoming. They also perform at Hofstra University's Newsday Marching Band Festival The Pirettes hold their annual Pee Wee Clinic for elementary school girls in the community. In addition, the Pirettes participate in Scholastic and L.I.K.A. Compeitions in both the kick and pom categories.
