| The primary purpose of the Public Relations club is to inform the community of the different events happening in H. Frank Carey High School. Department Chairpersons, Club Advisors and Coaches are encouraged to forward news to Dr. Schnepf who in turn sends the articles and pictures to the four newspaper indicated below:
