S.A.D.D. has
approximately 50 members
and is open to students in grades 7-12.
What is
S.A.D.D.?
S.A.D.D is an organization which tries
to save lives by eliminating drunk driving and raising awareness against
destructive decisions such as drugs and violence, particularly in young people. S.A.D.D tries to make
people aware of what they are doing. It gives them a choice to take charge and
be responsible for their own actions.
 Why should you be involved?
If you are concerned with drunk driving
and other destructive decisions,
you should become involved in S.A.D.D.
Meetings
S.A.D.D.
members meet about twice a month in Room 242.
Meeting dates are posted in the
school hallway..

Activities include
---Annual
Holiday Toy Drive
S.A.D.D. collects toys from students and faculty to be donated to a local
children's hospital.
---Fundraisers
Members of S.A.D.D. have fundraisers year round to raise money for charitable causes. We recently donated money to victims of abuse and natural disasters.
Red Ribbon Week
National Red Ribbon Week is designed to promote S.A.D.D.'s activities.
Red ribbons are placed on the school's fence, red ribbons are also
distributed to the faculty and students, and statistics are read over the loud
speaker to raise awareness!
