Varsity Winter Track (Co-ed)

The Winter Varsity Track team is open to grades 9-12. Training begins in the middle of November. The season ends during the middle to the end of January. It is important to be completely committed and serious about the team and show great determination.
Practices are everyday after school. Any Saturday practices are usually around 9 or 10 in the morning. Practices are mandatory and should be taken very seriously.
League meets are one day a week and Invitational meets are usually on the weekend.
